"Brye"

Brye is a recent addition to Chateau. She used to live in South Carolina with her breeders, Bob and Tina Stoner. Her focus there was primarily Rally. She completed her Rally Novice and Rally Advanced titles and has been training to complete her Rally Excellent title.

Our interest in incorporating Brye to our breeding program takes on multiple dimensions. To start with, she is one of the few remaining Pajero daughters that is still young enough to whelp litters. This is vital to the establishment of our line as it is heavily influenced by Pajero. In addition to being a Pajero daughter, Brye is BISS Ch. Stonerhaven Samurai's littermate. To date, our primary tie to the Pajero lineage has been through this prepotent sire. He is Maya's sire as well as Cody Grand Sire. Looking at pedigree alone, she is a perfect fit at Chateau.

Brye possesses certain virtues that are invaluable to us. Her type is very similar to that of Samurai's and the offspring he has been producing. She possesses a magnificent outline, with an abundance of neck and a fantastic length to height proportion. Her head detail is very similar to that of Samurai's as well. She posseses a very clean headpiece with strong underjaw, correct muzzle to backscull proportions, a correct slight but definite stop and a beautiful, well-placed, almond-shaped eye. She has a correct bite with full dentition. Her legs have very correct angles and she moves true, from the side, coming and going. She stands at 14 1/4 inches at the withers without forfeiting any substance.

The overall quality of this bitch, along with her pedigree, and her moderate size make her indispensable to us. We are eagerly looking forward to her first Chateau litter.
